| General Forum Rules |
| In order to treat the interests of all users fair we ask you for adherence to the following points. Do apply to general rules and legislations. In particular we do not bear personal attacks that are based on races, nationalities, ethnics, religion, sex, sexual orientation, handicap or any other similar differences. If you have any argue with someone please keep it on point and don't get personal. It is striktly forbidden to spread any propagandic material for any forbidden Organisation. We also do not bear the use of foul language of any kind. Show your good taste and treat everyone with the proper respect. It is forbidden to interfere in a conversation between other users with the intention to just disturb them i.e. by insulting. We reserve ourselves the right to delete posts without further announcement if you do not apply to the above mentioned conditions. For repeatedly actions against those conditions we will temporary ban or even permanently ban users. It is not allowed to publish any personal data i.e. names, addresses, telephonenumbers. Before quoting any email, ingame-message, IRC/ICQ query from a non official goalunited channel you have to ask all involved persons for permission. Exceptions for this are ingame-messages, emails and queries that cannot be assigned to a certain person. Spam is forbidden at the whole forum. We define spam as follows: useless threads, posts with the same content in different boards (crossposting), threads with nothing-stating topics, posts that artificially keep a thread alive. Those spam definitions do not apply to the off-topic sections. If a thread or posting is counted as spam, it could get edited, closed and if necessary the inflicted parties will get a warning. Note: Before posting rethink the message you want to spread with a posting/thread. Also ask yourself to which boardpart your posting fits best. If you have doubts about it you should ask a moderator for help. Furthermore before creating a new thread use "search" to find similar threads and post in there. Also read the "important" threads at the respective board before posting in them. At all boards it is not allowed to offer, link or ask for any kind of CD-keys, cracks, hacks, warez, no-CD-patches, loader or anything like that. Furthermore it is not allowed to discuss about games/programs that are forbidden. It is also no allowed to advertise for any other onlinegame, company, free products or anything like that. It is allowed to advertise for any product that belongs to northworks Software GmbH or our license partner. Links that do give users any advantage in a virtual or real way, like a reward or any other advantage are not allowed. (like i.e. reward system based games) The rules for board signatures are: height: 350 pixel I.e. a picture of the maximum height plus 1-2 lines of text. Signature picture limitations are: max. file size: 30kB = 30720 Byte width: max. 400 pixel if the picture is 300 pixel in height max. 700 pixel if the picture is 200 or less pixel in height. We constantly try to offer you a competent moderation at the boards through moderators selected by our license partner and northworks. We fully back up those moderators and they should not be understood as police of the board but simply partners for user questions. Nevertheless the moderators have the right and obligation to warn users or even ban them from discussions if above stated guidelines are ignored. |
